33% Discount and featured in the Irish Star

It has been another splendid week here at LUHQ. Artvertisement in Pygmalion

So this is just a short update to point you all towards the LadyUmbrella blog as our most recent blog contains our "2 part mini series" about our Artvertisement in Pygmalion, Dublin. Not only that but there is also a deleted scene there that you won't be able to find anywhere else so do go and check it out. We have also received confirmation that our ladies clothes have touched down in South Korea which is pretty sweet we think..our t-shirts are spreading out..where will they go next?

Hello all, what a week it has been for our ladies clothes - we have now got our t-shirts on sale in a glorious "brick and mortar" shop in Dublin. We have delivered our t-shirts to EMMA on Clarendon Street in Dublin and have a picture below of Away with the Birds in the front window - how cool is that? Check out our blog post for more pictures. It is now 2 weeks since we launched our online t-shirt store and things have been going just great - thank you all. We've now shipped our t-shirts to Ireland, UK, Spain, Germany, Italy, South Korea and America which really just delights us. On top of that our t-shirts are going to be used in a great movie called Booked Out and they have been kind enough to send us some pictures from rehearsals. Have a look right here. A week has passed since our launch (8 days to be exact and we'll continue to count hehe) and what an incredible week it has been. We are blown away by the reception our ladies t-shirts have gotten. Well, nearly a week has passed since we launched, well 5 days (and yes we are counting) and it has been quite an exciting period for us. We have had the immense pleasure of packing and shipping tees everyday and our babies are en route to parts of Ireland, Germany, Spain, England and America - not too bad for just 5 days..We wait with baited breath to discover the next country that one of our ladies t-shirts will call home. We've also had an incredible response via the twitter world with over 100 retweets about our launch and what not (if you're not on twitter its time to start!)..On top of that we have got some incredible blog mentions in Buy-tees.net, Popculturetees.com, Lovingthistee.com and In My Short Sleeve - really, you should check them out, some good reading..

We have Launched our T-shirt shop :)

Its finally happened, we have gone live, pressed the big button and opened our online store. We are delighted with our how t-shirt shop looks and hope that it'll provide you with an enjoyable shopping experience. If you happen to spot any issues please let us know - mail us at ladyumbrellaltd@gmail.com and we'll deal with them as swiftly as possible. Even though we are only open a matter of hours we've already had a staggering amount of traffic on the site and already have t-shirt sales in Ireland, the UK, Spain and the United States - a thousand thank yous to all who have been tweeting about us and all the great blog mentions we've received like this LadyUmbrella t-shirt review - check it out. Well, we have to pack some orders now (and we do with do it with pleasure and zeal), so help us spread the word and tell a friend about our t-shirts.

PC problems over come, t-shirts launch imminent

Well, it has been way too long without an update..we have had major PC problems, some politically incorrect problems, car problems and weather problems but all have been resolved. We've been beavering away here behind the scenes at LadyUmbrella getting our ladies t-shirts lined up and ready. And now, we are happy to announce they are ready and we are due to launch in a matter of days. Really, just days...it has taken so long to get our ladies t-shirts the way we wanted them but the feedback we are getting on them has been flattering, flabbergasting and just positive really which for us justifies the effort and time to get them just spot on. Also, throughout out the last week we revealed a design a day on the LadyUmbrella t-shirts Facebook Fanpage. Sincere apologies for the lack of recent updates. We've been busy testing LadyUmbrella t-shirts in the sunshine of Fuerteventura in the Canary Islands. Well, it may be getting colder outside but inside things are hotting up for us here at LadyUmbrella t-shirts. We did our photo shoot on Saturday and are so happy with the results - check out some of the behind the scenes photos below where you can a look at the team in action. Its fair to say that we are getting ridiculously excited at LadyUmbrella t-shirts now..we received our stickers from the good people at Sticker Robot and they look awesome - some choice pictures for you to check out below. Also our pre order promo is starting to gain some momentum, between prizes, presents (I'll let my sister guess what she is getting for Christmas hehe) and pre orders about 100 t-shirts are now spoken for which is pretty sweet - thanks to all who have pre ordered. Also the video we shot a while back (behind the scenes pictures here) with Mr. Ivars Burtnieks, a.k.a. the Latvian Spielberg, is in the final stages of editing so get your popcorn ready. For you blog lovers out there we got another stellar mention from In My Short Sleeve which we are most gracious for - check it out...AND, if that wasn't enough news for you - its photoshoot time, yes, on Saturday we will have the lovely Elaine O'Carroll modeling LadyUmbrella..pictures will follow promptly...

Buttons received and postal worker friends and Elenas first interview

Here at LadyUmbrella t-shirts we have become good friends with the postman, the DHL guy and the FEDEX in the last week..we have got so many deliverys recently which means just one thing - our t-shirts are quickly approaching...One package that we received this week was from the good people at Pure Buttons..we listened to our many facebook fans and got more buttons..check out some of the pictures below and for more get over the fanpage (we just had our 3 month anniversary, awww, and now have over 1,400 fans)..Another cool thing I'd quickly like to mention is that we have been listed in 29 Beautiful Online Clothing Shops from Complex Fashion which we think is really cool. We are mentioned amongst some of the biggest t-shirt companies out there which is staggering for us - happy days...

Well, the great LadyUmbrella t-shirts "Compet-tee-tion" has now come to an end..We got 144 entries from people trying to win our quirky ladies t-shirts which is awesome - thanks to each of you who entered..Now, its time to vote..voting is open until November 1st and you can vote here - please do, some cool entries.. When picking the top five it was like our own talent show "The Umbrella Factor" - hehe, check out the pictures..Oh oh, and for all our fans from Down Under (or anywhere, it is the web after all) check out this great blog post about us and a really cool company called Natural Progression - hopefully some of our quirky womens t-shirts will go down a treat there..

Excitement levels have been ratcheted up a bit - we made a little video "How LadyUmbrella comes to Life" on Tuesday night, which is going to look amazing..we should have it in 2 weeks and you'll be able to see it right here or at our YouTube Page (nothing there at the minute but do subscribe - coming soon..And today we received our neck labels which look sweet - we'll post some pictures here tomorrow or the next day...AND, the real big news, our t-shirts are in production, we can't wait to get them...on the LadyUmbrella Fanpage front we have over 900 fans which is nuts - join us for discounts and to enter our compe-tee-tion, there are only 8 days left..Alright, and to finish, some "behind the scenes" pictures of us shooting the movie, you can see more at our facebook page or on Robs Blog - do check it out - its the good good...

Wow, it seems like ages since the last update and for us it has been - a week of silence..but in that week we have received our super cool buttons, badges, pins (whatever they are called) from the good people at Pure Buttons. If you have been wondering why it has been so long for us to give you an update it is because we were in Spain, apologies and hope you didn't miss us too much..so, whats the latest news then? Well, we have placed our order, the samples have been sent and we are now awaiting the estimated delivery date - the excitement has just been notched up a bit..We now also have a few shops interesting in stocking LadyUmbrella t-shirts..Competitions will soon be starting the LadyUmbrella Facebook Fanpage for some free goodies, become a fan to be able to enter...also, whilst in Spain we decided to translate our site into Spanish (first) and then other languages when needed - so, Spanish friends, get ready por todo i Espanola..

Well, its been a hectic week for us..we've added a new section to our website - the Our Friends section where you can see who we like and some of our blog mentions...we've also started writing blogs ourselves so you can check them out from there if you want...So, best tell you about the exciting blogs that we have been mentioned in...Vista Adecudamente is a Spanish blog that gave us a nice shout out and then one of Irelands leading fashion blogs White Rabbit - Quirky Fashion posted a nice blog today..check them out..We've also been busy in an online t-shirt rating competition so please vote for us..in other news we are still working frantically to get our order placed - very close now...we are also taking preorders so get in touch and don't miss out

LadyUmbrella and Denim Day

Its an exciting time for us..our facbook fanpage continues to grow which we think is great..on top of that some of our t-shirts are being used today for a photo shoot for Denim Day - 25th September. A top stylist, model and photographer are going to produce 23 styles which show how to dress up denim - and we'll be one of the styles. Rest assured that once we get the pictures you'll see them...in other news, we are on the brink of ordering our t-shirts - it has been a long, hard road but we think we are almost there

Our facebook page has passed the 300 mark which is astounding to us, that said though, we'll be even more astounded when we reach 3000 or 30,000 - join us. Well, what a week it has been..we've now got over 250 Facebook fans which is totally crazy but great - we want more - so join us (check the Contact section).
