T-Shirt Returns

Here at LadyUmbrella we live by the saying "the customer is king". We ensure that every t-shirt we send out meets our high standards and keeps you, our customer, happy. However, each customer is entitled to a 7 day grace period to return an unworn/unopened item for a full no questions refund. We will refund your card once we have received and processed the item. We will only refund delivery/postage costs if the return is a result of our error.

Here at LadyUmbrella t-shirts we genuinely do strive to keep our customers happy and if you are unhappy with the product you receive please send us an e-mail at ladyumbrellaltd@gmail.com. We will reply to your query within 48 hours (although it will probably be a lot quicker than that) outlining your concerns and we will resolve the issue with you swiftly.
